Calvin is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in Canadian and U.S. public company assurance under IFRS and US GAAP. He has successfully led complex audit engagements for Nasdaq and TSX.V-listed clients - spanning operations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and China - and has been heavily involved in pre-IPO audits, as well as business acquisitions and disposals. Calvin oversees intricate accounting sections involving convertible debt, share-based compensation, lease accounting, and equity and asset valuation.

Drawing on his prior roles in tax firms, a global asset management LP, and the retail industry, Calvin’s expertise extends to tax, full-cycle accounting, capital markets, reporting compliance, and financial modeling.
