Gerry has over 40 years’ experience and was the head of the public company audit division of different firms and has industry expertise in the service, distribution, retail, mining, natural resources and oil gas, real estate, “not-for-profit” enteritis, and manufacturing industries with a strong emphasis in the taxation and business advisory services.

Gerry was a Senior Partner of Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP for 25 years and was also a Partner in Grant Thornton and its Predecessor firm for over 15 years.

Gerry is active in corporate finance and development, and is involved in the structure and design of numerous innovative financing instruments, tax shelters and syndications, both in Canada and the US. He leads the audits of public Canadian, US, Chinese and other foreign companies listed in the US and Canada.

Gerry helped many Chinese Companies listed at US and Canada as well. He was an Independent Director, Chairman, and member of the audit committee, both of numerous public companies.
